Control panel fabrication

Custom control panels built in our own shop, sold on their own or installed with the rest of the electrical work.

DuCom builds custom control panels in its own panel shop. Conductors are marked with heat-shrink markers and panels carry engraved labels, so each one leaves the shop as a finished, factory-built product.

On its own or with the installation

Order a stand-alone panel for your own crew or another contractor to install, or have DuCom build the panel and install it along with the rest of the electrical work. Every panel gets the same build quality either way.

Panels and the systems behind them

Our electricians and technicians work on the field instruments, the panel and the operator interface, so a panel we build is designed around how the process runs. That includes control panel design and integration, PLC and HMI systems, and motor control centers and VFDs.

Questions

Common questions

All questions

Can you build a control panel without doing the installation?

Yes. DuCom builds stand-alone control panels in its own panel shop, and also builds panels that our crews install along with the rest of the electrical work. Both get heat-shrink conductor marking, engraved labels and the same build quality.

Can you supply the equipment as well as install it?

Yes. DuCom handles procurement through preferred vendors, who supply lighting packages, switchgear, fire alarm systems and emergency generators built to detailed specifications.
