This policy explains what information DuCom Electric, Inc. collects through this website and how it is used.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the topic you choose and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to provide the service you asked about. The form is delivered to us by email through a service provider that sends it on our behalf. If you email us about a job, we use your message and anything you attach only to consider you for work at DuCom.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device for that purpose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and how long visits last. These services use cookies or similar technology. Where the law requires consent, these tools run only after you give it. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run this website and its form, and when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep form messages only as long as we need them to respond and to keep normal business records. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email dci@ducomelectric.com or write to DuCom Electric, Inc., 1615 Shawsheen Street, Building 11, Tewksbury, MA 01876.
