From small control systems to a full facility
With access to qualified consultants, DuCom has delivered design-build projects from small control systems up to a three-story, 150,000 square foot manufacturing facility. That project included specialized systems, power distribution, lighting and fire alarm.
Procurement
We also handle procurement. Lighting packages, switchgear, fire alarm systems and emergency generators come through our preferred vendors, built to detailed specifications.
One resource
Design-build can be combined with our construction, panel, controls and 24-hour service work. One company on the job means fewer scheduling conflicts and a smoother project.
